If there is a problem with your order or you change your mind, you may request a return, replacement, or refund according to the conditions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. 5-Day Return Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must contact AAVUNO within <strong>5 calendar days from the date you receive your product<\/strong> if you wish to request a return or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests made after this period may not normally be eligible under our standard return policy. This does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us as soon as possible if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product arrives damaged or defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You receive a product different from what you ordered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You receive the wrong colour, size or variation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An item or component included with the product is missing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is materially different from its description on our website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide your <strong>order number and clear photos or video showing the problem<\/strong> so that we can verify and resolve the issue quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the problem is confirmed to be caused by AAVUNO, the supplier, or delivery process before receipt by the customer, AAVUNO will arrange an appropriate <strong>replacement, return or refund<\/strong> and bear the reasonable return\/replacement delivery cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Change-of-Mind Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive the correct product in good condition but simply change your mind, you may request a return within the <strong>5-day return period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify, the product must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused and unwashed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free from stains, damage, odour or signs of use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags and included items, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a condition suitable for resale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an approved change-of-mind return, <strong>the customer is responsible for applicable return courier charges and any non-refundable delivery costs already incurred<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AAVUNO reserves the right to refuse a change-of-mind return if the returned product is used, damaged, incomplete or otherwise not in resalable condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Bed Covers and Textile Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and product-quality reasons, bed covers and other textile products that have been <strong>used, washed, stained, altered or damaged after delivery<\/strong> will normally not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please therefore inspect the product carefully before washing or using it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Photos and Unboxing Video<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend recording an <strong>unboxing video<\/strong> when opening your parcel, particularly for fragile, electronic or higher-value products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you report a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product, we may request reasonable supporting evidence such as photographs or video to help us verify the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Return Approval<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please <strong>contact AAVUNO before sending any product back<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not return a product without receiving return instructions from us. After reviewing your request, we will tell you whether the return is approved and provide instructions for returning the product where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an approved returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a refund is approved, it will be processed using an <strong>available and mutually agreed refund method<\/strong>. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank or mobile financial service provider involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For eligible damaged, defective or incorrect products attributable to AAVUNO, applicable reasonable return costs will be borne by AAVUNO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For change-of-mind returns, applicable courier\/delivery charges are the customer&#8217;s responsibility and may be deducted from the refundable amount where appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Exchanges and Replacements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where appropriate, an eligible product may be replaced instead of refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product or variation is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund, subject to agreement with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Order Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to cancel an order, please contact AAVUNO <strong>as soon as possible before the order is dispatched<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible, and applicable delivery or return charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
