Welcome to AAVUNO. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the AAVUNO website and your use of our website. By placing an order with AAVUNO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and other information about our products.
Actual product colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and manufacturing variations.
For products made from fabric, embroidery, woven materials or similar materials, minor variations in colour, pattern, texture or finishing may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
If we discover a significant error in a product description, price, or availability after an order has been placed, we may contact you before processing the order.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on the AAVUNO website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.
AAVUNO may change product prices, promotional offers or delivery charges from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed by us, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
3. Placing an Order
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Complete delivery address
- Any other information reasonably required to complete delivery
Email address is optional unless specifically required for a particular service.
Submitting an order through our website does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
AAVUNO may contact you by mobile phone or WhatsApp to verify your order, delivery address or other necessary information before dispatch.
4. Order Acceptance and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
AAVUNO reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent or abusive orders
- Delivery limitations
- Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will try to inform the customer using the contact information provided with the order.
5. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers must pay the applicable amount to the courier or delivery representative upon receipt of the order.
Customers should keep the required amount available at the time of delivery, where reasonably possible.
Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future and will be subject to any conditions displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery period communicated through our website, order confirmation or customer communication.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, transportation disruption, strikes, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address and a working mobile number.
AAVUNO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
7. Failed or Refused Delivery
Customers should make reasonable arrangements to receive confirmed orders.
If delivery fails because the customer cannot be contacted, provides an incorrect address, repeatedly remains unavailable, or refuses a valid confirmed order without reasonable cause, the parcel may be returned to AAVUNO.
Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, AAVUNO may require advance payment of delivery charges or restrict Cash on Delivery for future orders from customers with repeated unjustified refusals or failed deliveries.
8. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact AAVUNO as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.
If the order has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible, and applicable delivery or return charges may apply.
9. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy.
Customers requesting a return or replacement should contact AAVUNO within 5 calendar days from the date the product is received, subject to the eligibility requirements and exceptions stated in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict rights that customers may have under applicable law.
10. Checking Products After Delivery
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving them.
If an item appears damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the order, please contact AAVUNO promptly and provide relevant photographs or video where reasonably required to assess the issue.
11. Promotions and Discount Offers
Promotional prices, discount codes, campaigns and special offers may be subject to specific conditions and availability.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts.
AAVUNO may modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not normally affect an already confirmed qualifying order.
12. Website Use
You may use the AAVUNO website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
You must not intentionally:
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems
- Submit fraudulent orders or false information
- Use the website for unlawful activities

Unless otherwise stated, AAVUNO’s branding, logo, original website content, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AAVUNO and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks or images belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

AAVUNO will take reasonable care in providing products and operating its website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AAVUNO will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability or customer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal information provided when placing an order or contacting AAVUNO will be used as reasonably necessary to process orders, provide customer service, arrange delivery, prevent fraud, and operate our business.

16. Changes to These Terms
AAVUNO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through AAVUNO are subject to the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
